By Telephone: Call us on 01620 850728 between 11am and 4pm Monday to
Friday. However, if the reason you are calling is to pay over the
telephone, we would rather that you place your order online, selecting the
"Telephone me for payment" option at checkout, as it is very easy to confuse
one product with another and this will ensure you only receive the items you
actually require.

Once you have looked through our site and are sure you
can't find the answer to your question online, send your message to:

at the end of your message as otherwise your email may not be received.

that we do not issue catalogues or brochures and that this is a warehouse
address - we are not open to callers and do not have a shop selling these items
over the counter at the above address.
Complaints Procedure
In the event of a complaint,
please contact us via any of the methods
outlined above. We will endeavour to respond to all complaints within
3 working days, however usually response will be within 24 hours at any
time. You will be kept updated as to the progress and
outcome of your complaint.
